My name is Offiong Bassey. I’m a multidimensional executive leader and the founder of Bassante, a strategic advisory practice that helps leaders and organizations navigate complexity, align around what matters most, and move with purpose.

For over 15 years, I’ve led at scale: architecting transformation and building structures that turn complexity into momentum and sustain growth. I’ve guided teams through shifting markets, evolving technologies, and catalytic moments that demanded alignment and foresight.

My path has carried me through global technology (Dell Technologies), Fortune 5 enterprise (CVS Health), Big Three consulting (Bain), mission-driven institutions, and nonprofit ventures like Bellwether and BAEO. I’ve launched GTM for a transformative SaaS portfolio, scaled business intelligence functions to fuel a real-time performance engine, and led AI-driven improvements in sales planning and forecast accuracy. I’ve also incubated innovation in education and mission-driven organizations, and delivered care programs that improved outcomes for patients with complex needs.

I lead with a systems lens and a deep belief in people—growing the capacity of leaders and teams to thrive through change. I’ve led teams of over 200 across six continents, aligning stakeholders, building enduring rhythms of agility, and helping organizations unlock new markets.

I’m also a singer, songwriter, and producer. My next project will release through my own label in 2026—a continuation of my commitment to creating work that moves people and makes meaning.
