Strategic Advisory • Clarity Across the Seams • Operational Alignment
About

I’m Offiong Bassey, the founder of Bassante, a strategic advisory practice that helps leaders navigate complexity, align their organizations, and deliver what matters. My work focuses on the systems, structures, and cross‑functional clarity required to turn strategy into execution that holds under pressure.
For more than 15 years, I’ve operated in environments where stakes are high and clarity is essential: global technology, Fortune 5 healthcare, Big Three consulting, and mission‑driven ventures. I’ve built operating systems, aligned functions that don’t naturally align, and supported leaders through inflection points where strategy was accelerating faster than execution.
My work centers on turning strategy into an operating system the company can actually run. I bring a systems lens and a commitment to coherence, working at the seams where priorities blur and execution drifts. My focus is consistent: illuminate what’s unclear, restore alignment, and create the operating leverage leaders need to move their organizations forward.
I’m a Yale graduate, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Pragmatic Marketing alum with deep experience across product, engineering, GTM, and operations. At Dell Technologies, I helped architect AI‑driven GTM intelligence systems that informed multi‑billion‑dollar revenue decisions each quarter. I’ve been recognized by RevBoston’s Top 20 Female Tech Leaders and McKinsey’s Executive Leadership Program, and I mentor emerging operators across industries.
I’m also a singer, songwriter, and producer. That work sharpens my sense of narrative, presence, and resonance, and it shapes how I partner with leaders and teams. My next project will release through my own label in 2026.
Motherhood grounds my sense of legacy and the future I want to help shape. I stay engaged in education and faith‑based initiatives that continue to inform my work and perspective.
My name, Offiong Bassey, means “God’s Moon” in my family’s Nigerian language of Efik, a reminder to reflect light with intention.
